Paradigma is a new publisher that works on interchange between the Balkans comics scenes. In Athens, they published a magazine dedicated entirely to the Greek translations of the new Serbian comics, and in Belgrade just recently they released a CD ROM dedicated to Serbian translations of the comics by the best known Greek cartoonist, Arkas.
